The HEROES partners are establishing a Joint Mobility Office that will serve as a shared hub for all nine institutions. Its purpose is to develop common mobility tools, harmonise procedures, and strengthen support services across the alliance. The Joint Mobility Office works on clearer information resources, streamlined processes, and more consistent mobility practices — making it easier for everyone to take part in opportunities across Europe.

What we are working on

HEROES partners are currently developing shared mobility tools: clearer information resources, streamlined application and credit-recognition procedures, a green mobility guideline, and an inclusive mobility framework. We are also preparing the HEROES European Student Card to make access to services across institutions simpler.

What this means for you

Whether you are a student planning to study abroad, a teacher preparing a mobility window, or a staff member interested in job-shadowing, the HEROES mobility approach aims to offer:

clearer information
smoother procedures
more opportunities
better support
and a shared commitment to green and inclusive practices
Mobility is becoming not only easier — but more meaningful, connected, and aligned with the values of resilience and regional cooperation.
