Call for input to the HEROES staff training programme

Across the HEROES alliance, we are jointly developing a Staff Training Programme aimed at strengthening competences and supporting future-proof professional higher education. We invite all partners to contribute by proposing staff training activities.

Emerging topics may include, for example, AI in higher education, blended learning, entrepreneurial leadership, emerging technologies (e.g. XR), and sustainability in education, but we also very much welcome other relevant topics.

You can contribute with different formats of staff training, including:

• Physical staff trainings (e.g. workshops, seminars, symposia)
• Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs)
• Short online trainings (e.g. webinars, lectures, micro-credentials)
• Joint conferences
• Hybrid panel sessions and debates
